Do you like honey? Would you like to indulge in eating honey like Winnie-the-Pooh? Yes, nobody dislikes honey, right? Here is a Japanese word "パパ活,"which is a practice of enjoying honey without being entangled in a honey trap.
The Japanese term "パパ活" is pronounced "Papa Katsu" This has been going on among young ladies, especially high shool and college students, for more than 20 years.

"パパ活," or "Papa Katsu" literally means "actively seeking sugar daddies" who provide financial supports for young girls/ladies. They want easy money and get it in exchange for sexual service, espeically for older and old people who want to endulge in young and juicy bodies. Sometimes, "パパ," or daddies, want some companion, not sexual service. In that case, the girls/ladies literally get easy money, right? This is just a business transaction, normally without emotional attachments on those ladies' side.
However, these few years, starting from 2020 on, those young ladies engate in more direct contact with horny guys, instead of seeking sugar daddies. They prostitute themselves at a brothel called "soupland" for their monetary reasons (we will talk about them in a later post). This dire practice presents a heart-breaking problem in Japan.
