To have a unique experience or practice of Ninja tricks, we would recommend these 13 popular sites in Japan:  Tokyo has  2 sites;  Tochigi Prefecture (near Tokyo), 1 site, Nagano prefecture, 1; Mie prefecture (where Ninja are originated), 4; Toyama prefecture, 1; Shiga prefecture, 1; Kyoto, 1; and Osaka, 2 sites.
